We will develop a comprehensive Diminution of Value and/or Loss Of Use report based upon our decades of experience and with our committee evaluation process to arrive at the most fair and accurate loss of value.  We do not charge a fee until the report is requested by you. Diminution of Value and Loss Of Use dollar evalution range are given to clients up-front prior to the formal completion of a report. This allows our client to make an informed decision whether or not to pursue their claim.

• We will advise of the dollar range of Diminished Value or Loss Of Use prior to hiring our services. 
• Then you can decide if you want our services.
• Service charge/payment due at time of report delivery.
• We will need a copy of the final,itemized estimate for Diminished Value.
• We will also need to know if the vehicle has been damaged prior to this claim.
